SHRI SHIVA’s Boli is a name synonymous with authentic South-style Boli in Coimbatore. Our journey began over 15 years ago when Mr. Ganesh Babu TRK started a small Boli-making and selling shop in Madurai. His passion for crafting soft, flavorful Bolis using premium chana dal, pure jaggery, and traditional recipes soon won the hearts of many.

Today, under the leadership of Shivaram Babu TG, we have taken SHRI SHIVA’s Boli to the next level—expanding our reach and offering bulk orders for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and festivals in Coimbatore.
